Refund Policy

Frolax sells digital products and services. Whether a purchase is refundable depends on the product. This page explains our default rules, how to find product-specific rules, and how to ask for help if something goes wrong.
1. How refund eligibility is decided
Each product page on frolax.agency includes a refund section that tells you whether that product is refundable, under what conditions, and within what timeframe. The rule shown on the product page is the rule that applies to your purchase. If a product page does not state a rule, the default rule below applies.
2. Default rule for digital products
By default, digital products — including templates, plugins, components, source-code products, and applications — are non-refundable once delivery has begun. The moment you complete checkout, the product is made available for download or access, and a digital product can be copied or imported instantly. Our pricing reflects this. Please review the product page, previews, and feature list carefully before you buy.
3. When we will help regardless of the default
Even where a refund is not available, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Email hello@frolax.agency within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply, and we will work with you to make it right:
- You did not receive your access email or license key and cannot find it in your spam folder.
- The files or code you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match what is shown on the product page.
- A license key, activation, or download link does not work and we cannot resolve the issue for you.
- You were charged twice for the same order, or charged without authorization.
In these cases we will resend the product, fix the issue, replace the license, or — for genuine duplicate or unauthorized charges — refund the duplicate amount.
4. Subscriptions and recurring products
Where we offer subscriptions or recurring software-as-a-service products, you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not refund the current billing period unless the product page or applicable consumer law says otherwise.
5. Custom and agency services
Refunds for custom design, development, and agency engagements are governed by the written quote, proposal, or statement of work agreed for that project. In general, work that has already been delivered or hours that have already been spent are not refundable. Deposits and milestone payments are treated as set out in the project document.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product without first contacting us may result in loss of access to the product, suspension of your license, and a block on future purchases.
7. Purchases through Paddle
When you buy through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing under its own terms. If your purchase was made through Paddle, contact us first and we will work with Paddle to resolve eligible refund requests.
8. EU and UK consumers
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumer purchases of digital content in the EU and UK. This does not affect your other consumer-law rights, including rights relating to defective products.
